We offer flat-rate shipping on all complete bikes within the continental US. Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the bike's dimensions.
Do bikes arrive fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped in professional-grade boxes and are approximately 85% assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy on parts and accessories?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that installed components or customized builds are not eligible for return.
Do you offer professional bike fitting services?
Yes, we offer both in-store and virtual sizing consultations to ensure you select the correct frame geometry for your height and riding style.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number from UPS or FedEx so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
